Atlanta Family Photography

I come across a lot of smiles in my job as Atlanta family photography.  Snaggle toothed smiles are my favorite! When my oldest two boys were in the first grade, I love visiting their class.  Almost ALL of the kids were missing their top front teeth.  It was the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.  Just say “s”…please!

Anyways..I had the pleasure of photographing this cute family this summer.  Crawford took a few minutes to warm up to me, like any 2 year old would, but Caroline was all smiles from the start.  She started Kindergarten shortly after we did our session, at the same school my daughter goes to.  Six is such a fun age because they’re full of personality, and are usually not afraid of new people!  I love it!

Once you decide you want to hire me for your Atlanta family photography session, you simply click here to email me and fill out my contact form. If you’re scheduling in the fall, I do tend to book fairly far in advance.  For example, right now it’s the end of August, and all of my Sunday afternoons in October are booked.  Since I do have 4 children, I try my best not to work 2 evenings in a weekend.  I do offer weeknights, so that’s always an option once my weekends are all booked.

How to Prepare for Your Family Session

Once you book your session, and this even goes for me, personally, you should figure out what you’re going to wear.  When I’m doing my own family session, I tend to pick a “rock star” and plan everyone else around that.  This year, when we did our beach pictures, I knew what I wanted to wear, so I took that dress, and coordinated everyone else around it. It doesn’t need to be anything sophisticated.  For my boys, I put the oldest 2 in gray t-shirts and khaki shorts..simple..the youngest boy was in a white t-shirt and khaki shorts, and my daughter wore a cream dress.  EASY.  My husband wore shorts and a solid shirt..we looked great.
